Breezy Wooden Swings, LLC warrants this swing against manufacturing defects for a period of one year after purchase. Return any defective swing, postage prepaid, for repair, replacement, or refund.
       Breezy Wooden Swings, LLC shall not be liable for defects or damage resulting from improper installation, misuse or abuse. Breezy Wooden Swings, LLC shall not, in any event, be liable for consequential damages, and Buyer's remedies for defects or damages shall be limited to repair or replacement of this swing or refund of the purchase price. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR USE.
