• Due to each swing being custom made, please allow 1 - 2 weeks for shipping out natural swings from our facility •

• Please ensure you are ordering the correct length of rope (rope length explanation) •
If you need us to change the rope length after you receive your swing, there is a $5.00 re-roping fee,
plus the cost of any additional rope, and the shipping & handling cost to deliver the swing back to you.
