Q: What shipping options do you provide?
A: We ship with UPS & currently offer the following options:

Q: What is the typical delivery time for my swing once I've placed an order?
A: Due to each swing being custom made, your swing will take roughly 2 - 4 weeks for you to receive. Also, please consider that UPS does not pick-up or deliver on weekend days.
Q: When is my credit card billed for my order?
A: We do not bill your credit card until your complete order is shipped.
Q: Can I specify what length of rope I want my swing to ship with?
A: Yes, as you are ordering your swing, you must specify what length of rope you need your swing to ship with. You can specify your swing to hang from 7 feet all the way up to 20 feet in one foot increments, and to hang from 25 or 30 feet as well. Please see our explanation of figuring rope length for your swing.
Q: Do you include hanging instructions for the swings?
A: Yes, a complete set of instructions comes with each swing on how to hang it. Please see the swing hanging instructions we have posted on this site.
Q: Do you include hardware for hanging the swings?
A: No, we do not provide the hardware necessary to hang the swings. However, the hanging instructions list what hardware is necessary & they are commonly available at most hardware stores
Q: Is a warranty provided with each swing?
A: Yes, a one-year limited warranty is provided with the purchase of each swing. Please see the warranty details we have posted on this site.
Q: What kind of wood do you use for the swings?
A: We use premium grade Pacific Northwest yellow cedar. It is very resistant to rot and decay, while being strong and splinter free. We chose this wood for our swings to make a safe and quality product which will last for many years, painted or natural.
